Create a diary entry of a seaman stationed on one of the ships during the attack.

Read or listen to several diaries from survivors of the attack.  Try to "put yourself in their shoes" by empathetically listening to their words in order to understand how it would have felt to be in Pearl Harbor before, during and after the attack.  Pretend that you are a seaman stationed at Pearl Harbor and write a diary entry of your own.  Post your diary entry to the Pearl Harbor Survivor Stories Blog.  You may make up a name for the seaman you are pretending to be, but remember to include your real name at the end of your blog posting as well.
